Please follow all guidelines when having your business headshot taken:



• The photo needs to be shot on a white background

• We will need a high-resolution version of the photo

• Full license/release for unlimited use is required

• Please obtain a FULL upper body shot that includes both shoulders, and facing slightly to the left or right

• No photos facing straight forward OR with crossed arms

• Please wear darker business/professional clothing (black, gray, navy, etc.)

• No light colors, white, hot pink, orange, neon green, etc.

• Business and business casual are acceptable.
